A little late or too early...either way Happy Late Halloween, Merry Christmas or should I say...
Happy Thanksgiving.
I came up with this idea when I was determining whether or not I should make a Halloween animation. Also, figuring out if I'll be able to complete it on time for the 31st. Finally I decided, "why not kill two birds with one stone" and make it clever?
For this animation, though I am very proficient in Photoshop hand-drawn animation, I used Clip Studio Paint EX. I stumbled upon a few issues regarding color contrast, but at the end, I successfully created an interesting color palette by using color theory and experimentation. Also, in regards to the lineless outside outlining of the characters, at first, all the characters had unappealing black outlines. So, I decided to have the outside outline on the characters to be the same color as their color fill.
